Diagnosed with PCOS at seventeen and dismissed because I was “too lean” to fit the stereotype, I spent years navigating conflicting advice, symptom suppression, and metabolic confusion before discovering a systems-based approach that finally made sense of my body.
What began as a personal search for answers became a professional pursuit of neuroendocrine health.
My journey led me from physiotherapy and neurophysiology into clinical nutrition and functional medicine — where I began understanding PCOS not as an isolated reproductive disorder, but as a conversation between the brain, metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep, and hormones.
