These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SerotofyHer platform, including the website, mobile application, programs, subscriptions, consultations, digital content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using SerotofyHer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SerotofyHer is a multidisciplinary women’s health and wellness platform founded and supervised by Dr. Thasneem, a licensed Physiotherapist (India), with advanced qualifications in Clinical Nutrition, Functional Nutrition, Yoga Therapy, and Lifestyle Medicine.
The platform operates using an integrative, collaborative care model, involving:
- Physiotherapists
- Clinical / Functional Nutritionists
- Yoga Therapists
- Mental Health Counsellors
- Ayurveda Doctors
- Physicians
- Endocrinologists
Each professional operates within their independent professional scope and licensure.
- Nature of Services
SerotofyHer provides personalized, evidence-informed wellness services, which may include:
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercise programs
- Therapeutic yoga and movement protocols
- Nutrition planning and dietary guidance
- Lifestyle and nervous-system regulation strategies (Sāmyā Framework)
- Mental and emotional wellbeing support
- Functional wellness education and tracking
- Multidisciplinary expert guidance and referrals
Important Medical Disclaimer
- The Services do not replace in-person medical care, emergency care, or physician consultations.
- While qualified doctors (physician, endocrinologist, Ayurveda doctor) may be part of the platform, the Services are not intended for emergency medical treatment.
- No guarantees are made regarding diagnosis, cure, or outcomes.
- Scope & Limitation of Medical Advice
- The platform does not provide emergency services.
- Prescriptions, diagnostic tests, or acute medical interventions are provided only by licensed medical doctors, where applicable.
- All non-medical professionals (physiotherapists, nutritionists, yoga therapists, counsellors) operate strictly within their lawful professional scope.
- You agree that final medical decisions remain your responsibility, in consultation with your personal physician.
If your inputs indicate red-flag symptoms (including but not limited to severe pain, cardiac symptoms, pregnancy complications, uncontrolled metabolic conditions, fractures, or psychiatric emergencies), SerotofyHer will require you to seek immediate medical care and may suspend services until clearance is obtained.
- Eligibility
You must:
- Be 18 years or older, or use the Services under guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Be mentally and legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law
Providing false or incomplete information may result in termination of access without refund.
- Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
- All Services are offered on a prepaid subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, annual, or program-based).
- Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, app stores).
- Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
No Refund Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of Services, all payments are non-refundable, including:
- Partial usage
- Unused sessions
- Early termination
- Change of mind
This complies with Indian consumer law exceptions for customized digital services once access is granted.
Cancellations
- You may cancel auto-renewal anytime.
- Access continues until the end of the paid term.
- No prorated refunds apply.
Transfer (Sole Alternative to Refund)
- You may request a one-time transfer of unused subscription to one person.
- Transfer is subject to onboarding, medical suitability, and availability.
- No cash or credit equivalent is provided.
- Approval is at SerotofyHer’s sole discretion.
- Mental Health & Counselling Disclaimer
- Counselling services are supportive and preventive, not psychiatric treatment.
- Counsellors do not diagnose mental illness or prescribe medication.
- In cases of self-harm risk or psychiatric emergencies, you agree to seek immediate professional medical care.
- Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
- Exercise, yoga, nutrition changes, and lifestyle interventions carry inherent risks.
- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for participation.
- SerotofyHer is not liable for injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from misuse, non-disclosure, or non-compliance.
- Intellectual Property
All content, programs, frameworks (including Sāmyā, Samata Protocol, SerotofyHer Method), text, graphics, videos, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of SerotofyHer.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without written permission.
- Confidentiality & Data Use
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, in compliance with:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Indian data protection standards
We do not sell personal health data.
- Termination of Access
SerotofyHer may suspend or terminate access without refund if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the platform
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior
- Attempt chargebacks or payment disputes
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- SerotofyHer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding billing period.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India [you may specify your city/state].
- Modifications
SerotofyHer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
