Functional Nutritionist Helping Women Understand Their Bodies and Heal Without Extremes
The founder of SerotofyHer brings together deep clinical training and lived experience to redefine how women approach health and healing. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, her foundation spans movement science, metabolism, and women’s hormonal health.
She is an IFM-trained Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist with advanced training in women’s fitness, lifestyle medicine, yoga therapy, and postnatal care. Her certifications—including NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS) and Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA—enable her to integrate nutrition, movement, stress regulation, and lifestyle science into a holistic, root-cause approach.
Her work is deeply personal. Living with PCOS herself, she understands firsthand the confusion, frustration, and overwhelm that often accompany hormonal imbalances. This lived experience, combined with her academic background, shaped her system-based philosophy—one that views the body, mind, and nervous system as interconnected rather than isolated parts.
Today, through SerotofyHer and the Sāmyā Protocol, she supports women across life stages—from adolescence and PCOD to postnatal recovery and beyond—helping them rebuild trust in their bodies, restore balance, and move toward sustainable health without extremes, fear, or guilt.
About
In Her Own Words:
My Story — From PCOS Chaos to Functional Freedom
I didn’t choose hormones.
Hormones chose me — the hard way.
Years ago, I sat in a gynecologist’s office, confused and exhausted, hearing the words:
No root cause. No guidance. No empathy.
I was labeled “lean PCOS.” Within a year of oral contraceptives and chronic stress, I became “fat PCOS.” My body changed faster than I could process — and so did people’s opinions.
Somewhere between body shaming, miscarriages, and medical gaslighting, I lost trust — not just in the healthcare system, but in my own body.
Functional medicine and functional nutrition changed everything. For the first time, my symptoms weren’t silenced — they were understood.
My gut, brain, hormones, and lived experience finally made sense as one interconnected system. Healing stopped feeling impossible. My body stopped feeling like the enemy.
That’s when I made a decision.
If no one was going to teach women how to truly heal from PCOS — I would.
That decision became Serotofyher. Not another wellness brand. Not another symptom-management program.
I turned my pain into a protocol — so no woman ever feels dismissed, blamed, or powerless in her health journey again.
